I had a scheduled junk removal pickup with another company, Pro-Junk dispatch. They called me on the morning of pick-up to tell me they couldn't pick up for another couple of days and at a higher cost than I was quoted (this bc the original driver's truck broke down. My junk was already in the driveway awaiting their arrival). I was told by customer service "these things happen". While I understand that it shouldn't come at a higher cost to the customer. I cancelled my appointment with Pro-Junk and scrambled to find an alternate company who could pick up that day and at a fair price. I contacted William at Haul Away and he assured me he could pick up my junk later in the day. He also quoted me a lower price than Pro Junk. William is an honest business professional and very courteous! He arrived as promised and "hauled away" my junk much to my relief and gratefulness. And then after all that time they told me it was too full and my pick up was cancled. Awesome.

Sometimes things happen for a reason.

After some searching for a back up plan, Haul away junk Removal stood out to me due to there very simple interface to choose what you think your requested pickup size should be, the pictures are extreamly helpful. I revived a text and a call within hours of scheduling a pick up. They showed up NEXT Day and that big bad bag they other guys couldn't handle was gone within an hour. What about price you say? THEY ENDED UP BEING CHEAPER THEN WHAT I WAS GOING TO PAY THE OTHER GUYS.

I can't say enough great things about this company

I'd give 15/5 stars if I could. Seriously.
